What if…

  • You could stop your unhelpful eating habits – for good!

  • You didn’t feel that overwhelming compulsion to keep eating

  • You could enjoy food without eating in secret or feeling guilty

  • You didn’t need a chocolate, wine or cake fix to deal with a bad day

  • You could look in the mirror and like the person you see

  • You didn’t give up on “you” each time you give up on a diet

  • Your onset flabby with a dose of exhaustion was a thing of the past

  • You and your busy lifestyle could cruise alongside healthy eating choices

  • You could sleep well and have more energy throughout the day

  • You could feel your moodiness and stress subside

Ask me a question – about your weight, your eating habits, your body confidence, your food choices, even a “what if” something, and I’ll get back to you with some insights and strategies you can use right now to make a difference.

No sales talk, no gimmicks, no pressure, no cost to you.

Just 15 minutes of helping you to eat and live well.

What if you felt in control of your eating, felt good about yourself

and had lasting results!

Stubborn eating issues like weight gain, emotional eating and bingeing, chronic dieting and over eating are often symptoms of day-to-day stresses in your life.

Food often becomes our “go-to” way of coping, because food is comforting, but we’re left with a recipe for not getting very far… fast!

Why do we struggle with our weight, eating behaviours and body image?

Something is not right – if you’re unwell

Illness or disease, and the effect of medical treatment and prescription drugs can all be the cause of weight gain or loss, or impact your appetite, metabolism and gut health.

If you are or have been unwell, then supporting your body in recovery through good nutrition is essential.

Something is unbalancing your body – hormones and menopause

Sometimes the physical mechanisms of your biochemistry go a little haywire!

Hormones influence our body shape, size and fat burning ability. When they’re out of balance we can experience symptoms of fluid retention, bloating, anxiety, mood swings, poor sleep and cravings.

Something is going on – your stress and emotions

Food can be a comforting and immediate way to fill your emotional needs, making you feel better for a while, until guilt or discomfort kicks in.

Life is stressful, and demands on us can be overwhelming. Coping with relationships, work, money, kids, everyday pressures and expectations, things going wrong, and being just too busy to take time for yourself -  all add up to fuel on-going “life stress”. This is the everyday living stuff and it can be tough at times.

Not enough of the “good stuff” – eating “healthy” food, gut health and digestion

There is so much confusion out there about what to eat. There are new food fads almost every week. The revolutionary new weight loss program or amazing new blockbuster diet can be very alluring.

Then there’s food intolerances, digestive discomfort (such as reflux, bloating) simple likes and dislikes, knowing better food choices and how much to eat, and even finding time to shop and prepare food for yourself and your family in your busy lifestyle.

So, What if…?

What if you and I were to have an empowering and uplifting conversation about how to get your eating and living on track

And what if you achieved on-going, lasting results!

The key is to delve deep and uncover what’s really going on for you - and it’s usually nothing to do with food!

Only then can you find the solutions that work for you to shift away from using food to fill your emotional gaps, or to manage your unique combination of stresses, or to break free from sabotaging habits and the external driven ideals that drive your thoughts and behaviours around food and eating.

To eat well and have a “well performing” digestive system means finding what works for you – eating meals that work with your busy lifestyle and personal food preferences and not against them. It means making changes to your food choices, your eating habits and behaviours in ways that are do-able and long term for you, and not a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
