4 sessions of one-to-one client centered coaching over about 8 weeks.

This is the general “road map” but as everyone’s issues are unique, we work together and personalize the road map to suit your needs.

Deep coaching conversation to discover insights into the real drivers behind your eating and lifestyle challenges and behaviours. 

Session 2: Direction: You makeover

Tackling your priorities and finding solution based strategies to make do-able changes to your eating and living that work for you, at your pace.  

Session 3: Direction: Digging deeper

Doing things differently and leaning into change.

Session 4: Lasting change

Putting it all together, being in control of your eating and living.

Here’s how our one-to-one coaching together works…

 
 

4 one-to-one coaching sessions

Up to 2 hours per session of uninterrupted time together in person at my premises in Fremantle, Western Australia or by Facetime or Skype call. (I like to have our first session together in person so that we can get to know each other) There are no quick fixes or daily diet handouts!

  • Powerful coaching conversations

  • Practical strategies for change

After each session I provide you with written feedback  

  • Session take-outs and insights

  • Areas of focus for our continuing work together

  • Links to resources and information 

You will have homework to do following each session, personalised to you

  • Your reflections and insights into and following our session

  • Actions for you and what you are doing differently each week as a result of our sessions

  • Journaling 

Support contact

  • Unlimited text and email support during our coaching together where you can ask me anything

  • 3 x 15 minute “help line” calls with me in person when you need it!

Bonus coaching session

1 x complimentary full one-to-one session (up to 2 hours) for you to take anytime during our coaching for anything… more coaching, just to download, where to from here planning.

You may feel that you need extra sessions as our coaching work together progresses.

Additional sessions are $150 per session; or 2 sessions for $250

Maybe you have a specific issue you need to explore with me, but the timing isn’t right for you to commit to more in-depth coaching.

Use an express coaching call to talk about your immediate challenges and needs  -  and come away with some insights and practical ideas you can implement straight away.
